Lake house for large family gatherings

Our place is on Richland Chambers Lake, 3rd largest lake in Texas. It is 1 hr. South of Dallas, 1 hr east of Waco, 18 miles from Corsicana . Our place is a quiet place to relax, catch fish, water sports and making memories with family and friends. It is a water front property with dual slip boathouse, with great fishing, sits in a cove, and 200 yards to open water. The cove is 10+ ft deep for safe water fun. Our place is good for large families and groups, but we do not allow parties. We have 4.5 bedrooms in the main house plus 6 bed bunkhouse. It sleeps 18 in beds plus 6 mats for kids. This is our lake house, not an investment house, as a result, you will find the kitchen and bathrooms are stocked for cooking, relaxing and comfort. There is a two slot carport with two additional uncovered parking spots without blocking the driveway. The small road leading up to the driveway is a deadend, providing additional safe parking. We are available via text/phone to answer any questions. 10 miles to closest grocery store and restaurants 5 miles to closest gas station 1 mile to marina with a small restaurant and basic food staples. Our boat and jetski are not available for use, you will have to bring your own if needed. We can make one boathouse slip, boat cradle side, available for you to use. However, we have lots of other water toys (froggy pad, kayaks, paddle boards, lifejackets, fishing poles, floats) that you are welcome to use. No parties are allowed.
