Great house for large groups! During the early 1950's the Estate was purchased Chic Austin who directed the Windham Play House. He gave lavish parties to prominent guests including Bette Davis, Frank Sinatra, Houdini and Bob Hope in this home! 2 night minimum on weekends and 3 night when hosting an event. 7 Bedrooms and tons of space for relaxing or entertaining with the huge country kitchen. A fascinating estate offering 5 Fireplaces, imported beams, multiple Captain stairways, built in cabinets, hardwood floors. Balconies, Sunrooms and more. Private fenced in yard. We do offer Events and Weddings, however NO parties or events allowed unless discussed prior. We have a separate pricing structure in addition to your stay to accommodate events and parties. Each is evaluated and custom pricing given depending on your event’s details. WE NOW OFFER WEDDINGS. We do allow some pets with prior consent and additional fees. I can be easily accessible via cell phone for any of your needs. Great local restaurants and coffee shops. Minutes to highway, shopping, coast. There are bus stations local. There are also a few Uber drivers in the area.
