Pet Friendly Bed and Breakfast in GA Mountains

Our craftsman home sits on four wooded acres with a large fenced-in backyard. We are very pet friendly, owning three inside dogs and three inside cats. Your private upstairs suite includes the loft with sofa and desk, and a private guest bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs is gated off as is our Great Room, so our dogs remain downstairs with us. Due to the continuing pandemic and much to our disappointment, we have so far been unable to resume hosting guests in our home. We are fully vaccinated and boosted and we hope that sometime in the coming months we will be able to welcome fully vaccinated guests into our home. Previously (and we hope again sometime in the future) — “Your stay includes a delicious hot cooked breakfast, served anytime at your convenience between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. We love to cook and would also be happy to prepare a home-cooked dinner for you with advanced notice (additional fee applies).” Besides the entire upstairs, you will be able to enjoy our front porch with rocking chairs and fish pond, and the adjoining spacious deck with patio table and chairs and hot tub (available October through April). You will also have access to our laundry room. We are here to help our guests enjoy their stay and to share our knowledge of all the outdoor recreation in this beautiful area! We are in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end lane, adjacent to Camp Mikell and the National Forest. Hiking, biking trails and waterfalls are just a few steps away! Close by is Lake Hartwell, Tallulah Gorge and the Chattooga River with opportunities for fishing, whitewater rafting and lakeside fun. For shopping or eating out, downtown Toccoa is less than 10 minutes away, and Helen, GA and Clemson, SC are less than 45 minutes away. As we are in a rural area, a car is needed to get around. Parking is available right next to our house, off of the circular driveway. Because of the ongoing pandemic, all guests must be fully vaccinated and boosted against Covid-19 and proof of vaccination is required.
