The house is located located 1 mile from the Phillips 66 / CPChem contractor's entrance, in Old Ocean, TX. It is conveniently across the street from The Circle K (convenient store and gas station), as well as a short distance to Southbound 35 (local bar), with several restaurants delivering to the house. Hotel rooms are a nice alternative, but they are often too cramped of a space for long stays. Trailer homes and contractor villages are cheap, but often filled with the kind of people that you don’t want to leave your vehicle and /or tools around. Not to mention the overall poor quality of living space. As a traveling craftsman myself, I understand the need for affordable, clean, comfortable living options when I’m on the road. With those needs in mind, I started this rental business. My goal is to ensure every craftsman and traveler enjoys their stay while saving the money they have worked so hard for. We offer affordable living options designed to save you time and money, while providing you with the comforts you have come to expect at your own home. Our well stocked kitchen allows you to save money by preparing your own meals. An outdoor BBQ area is available to aid in relaxing with your friends during your time off. We are so convinced you will want to stay here after seeing the home in person, that I offer the most flexible cancellation policy available. The reviews I have received so far, speak volumes to the value I strive to offer each guest. I welcome a chance to prove that high value housing options are available for us traveling construction workers. Common areas include a well furnished kitchen, laundry, and entertainment room. Guest have access to all areas except for bedrooms. Bedroom are lockable, and a key can be provided with a small refundable security deposit. USB charging cables are located in each room. A fan is available for use, if you desire one for comfort or to aid in sleeping. An iron and other household items are available. If you need something, including small toiletries, please ask. Your comfort is a priority. Smoke alarms are located in each room for your safety and a fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen under the sink.
