Guest house has WIFI and Smart TV with Hulu, Amazon Prime and Netflix subscription available for your use. Also . . . plenty of toys for the little ones! No smoking or pets allowed. Sorry no washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove or large oven in unit. The unit has two portable air-conditioning units. Conveniently located in beautiful, tree-lined South Pasadena. Walk to the park (with playground and tennis courts (free to use)), coffee shops, and many restaurants on Fair Oaks Ave.. 0.9 mile (15 min) walk to Metro Gold Line. Close to Rose Bowl, Downtown Los Angeles, Dodger Stadium, Universal Studios and many museums!
