Relaxing room in a new home

Only 15 minutes from Sacramento airport and Davis. Queen bed with private bathroom in a new, quiet Woodland neighborhood. House is on a cul-de-sac lot and it backs up to a walking path with a nice park two blocks away. Sunny home in a new, quiet, residential neighborhood with a park and walking paths. Path is right behind our home. Full access to kitchen and living room. Washer and dryer available for guests staying a few days or longer for $5.00 per load. I love meeting new people and helping them during their stay. I have lived in California most of my life and in this area for almost 20 years. Happy to answer any questions you have. This is a new, quiet neighborhood in Woodland, just 10 miles north of Davis. There is a grocery store less than 5 minutes away and ten minutes away is central Woodland with nice restaurants and a historic feel. Davis has a farmer's market on Saturdays. We are 15 minutes from the Sacramento airport and 10-15 minutes from Davis. Guests are welcome to keep items in the refrigerator and use the kitchen as well as the living room space. There is a patio area in the back with a table and umbrella, too, where guests can hang out or eat. You can interact with us as little or as much as you would like.
