Beautiful 3-Bdrm Family Home, 8 Minutes from town

Beautiful 3-bedroom house 8 minutes from downtown Ann Arbor / 10 minutes from the Stadium. Convenient location near Weber's Inn. A 2-minute walk to local bus routes, plus easy access to grocery stores and coffee shops. Walking distance to trails that wander through peaceful woods around inland lakes. A huge outdoor deck offers a dining area, grill and gas fire pit. There is an attached apartment, separate and secure from the main house, that may be rented with the house or may have other guests. Our 3-bedroom house has an open concept first floor, with a fully equipped kitchen, including a Keurig coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen are the dining area and family room with Samsung smart TV, Xfinity Flex streaming and an Amazon FireStick. There is a huge deck off the family room for summer BBQs and dinners. A first floor bedroom with attached bathroom is a convenient option for those with limited mobility. There are two large bedrooms upstairs, plus a full bathroom. One of the upstairs bedrooms can accommodate 4 people, with a queen bed and two single beds. The other bedroom accommodates 2 people, with one queen bed. There is a studio apartment that is separate and private from the main house that may be rented with the main house, if available. The apartment may also be rented by another guest during your stay. Renting both the main house and the apartment is perfect for accommodating a larger group who also wants the privacy of a separate apartment. The main house, deck and yard are available for your use. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer in the lower level that is shared with the attached apartment. Self check-in is available for all guests. If you choose, I will welcome you to your home away from home, show you around, answer any questions you may have, and then give you your privacy. If you need me, I am available by text and right around the corner. The house is conveniently located west of Ann Arbor, in a safe, family neighborhood. The area is wooded and secluded, with nearby walking trails, yet it is a quick drive downtown to all that Ann Arbor has to offer. We are very near to Weber’s Inn, about 1/2 mile away. Convenient shopping is nearby and there is easy access to I94, downtown Ann Arbor, and the Stadium. There are also nearby coffee shops, grocery stores and shops. Dexter is about an 11 minute (6-mile) drive through beautiful tree-lined and rural roads. Dexter has an adorable downtown with many restaurants, shops and a fantastic local theater. Getting around by car is easy. There is on- and off-street parking, and whatever you need is less than 10 minutes away. It's also easy to get around by bus, as we are on two major bus lines that run frequently to downtown Ann Arbor. Uber/Lyft are also convenient options. There is one parking space for the apartment, and main house guests will also have access to two parking spaces. PLEASE NOTE: In booking this house, there is also an attached apartment that may have other guests during your stay. Each unit is private and secure, and no interaction is required between guests unless they use the shared laundry at the same time, or see each other when coming and going from the house.
