And about one mile to the beautiful Volcan Mountain Wilderness Preserve. Many local attractions - , Hiking Trails, Wineries, Wolf sanctuary, and more. There is even a Camel Ranch about 20 minutes from Julian. Palomar Mountain Observatory is an interesting field trip. The 8% county tax is included in your nightly rental rate. Our nightly rate is for up to and including 4 guests, for more guests, we charge $15 per guest, per night. For your enjoyment we have TV ( no cable, no WiFi--- but once you get here you won't miss it!) Blu-Ray video player, with many assorted videos, DVD's, movies, TV shows, comedies, dramas, mysteries, children's movies, games, puzzles, books. We just completed a new 2nd larger deck for viewing nature, while dining. Because we are out in country and have a deep well, we have just installed an excellent Hague water filter. There is a queen bed in downstairs bedroom, 3 twin beds in upstairs bedroom, and sofa bed in Loft upstairs, and pull out twin sofa bed, with memory foam in living room.
