Living room is furnished with a 50" Smart TV. Unit offers Wi-Fi through Verizon and is unlimited, but only 15GB is high speed and a DVD player. Dining room seats 6 with additional seating at the bar overlooking the kitchen. Kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove and Keurig coffee maker. Kitchen stocked with essential cookware. Washer/Dryer in unit. Boat ramp and unsecured boat/trailer parking in community. Pool access. Three golf courses within 5 minutes (Santee National GC, Lake Marion GC, Santee Cooper CC). Condo is on the second floor accessed by a ramp from the parking lot.
