Sefton Cottage

Welcome to Sefton Cottage! We are located in the Village of Plainfield, Coshocton County. Miles of country roads await you with your bike or motorcycle, or take a stroll around the village.You can also enjoy some quiet time on the porch or patio. Let us be your base for trips to Amish Country, Roscoe Village, various wineries and breweries, golf courses, Salt Fork State Park, and other points of interest. We look forward to your visit! Ron & Pat Phillips, Your Hosts THE COTTAGE Sefton Cottage can be your "home away from home". The entire cottage is at your disposal and rents as a unit based on 4 people. We can accommodate 6 people and there is an extra charge of $10 per person per night for 2 additional guests. Cell service is spotty, at best. We provide WiFi and there is a landline for free calls within the USA. There are no restaurants, grocery stores or convenience stores in Plainfield. There are small convenience stores in West Lafayette (5 miles) as well as gas. Restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart , etc., are located in Coshocton which is a 10 mile drive. We do not provide personal toiletries such as shampoo, toothpaste, body soap. The first floor Living room with heat stove for cozy fire in cooler weather Dining room that seats eight TV room with recliner Fully equipped kitchen (sorry, no dishwasher) Full bath with tub and shower Bedroom with double bed Second floor Half bath Sitting area Bedroom with double bed Basement room Trundle bed (2 twin size beds) TV Recliner The basement also has a washer, dryer, and iron & ironing board.(Soap, softener not provided). The front porch has a swing, rocking chair, and table with 4 chairs. The covered patio has a grill, settee, 2 chairs, table and 4 chairs, and curtains for shade. There is off street parking at the back of the Cottage by the garage. We live next door to the Cottage and are usually available to address any questions or concerns. The Cottage is located in the small Village of Plainfield. The terrain is flat and ideal for walking or riding bikes. There is no public transportation. We do not provide individual toiletries, such as soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc. Coffee, creamer, sugar, and tea are provided. We do not provide any meals. We do not provide laundry soap, softener, etc.. Cell service is spotty. There is a landline and WiFi.
