Private Cottage located in the foothills of North Carolina, between Charlotte and Asheville. Just 15 minutes from the Tryon International Equestrian Center TIEC, 2 minutes from the Faceb00k Data Center, 8 minutes from restaurants and shopping, across the street from the Squirrel Nest Farm - a horse boarding stable. This cozy 450 sqft cottage is located on 15 acres of quiet forest land. Additional parking available for small - medium size trailers. Our humble home is across the driveway and we can respond quickly if there is a need. Your privacy is of utmost importance, so we'll keep a low profile. Of course, we'd love to meet you and have some conversation if you'd like. This cottage has a queen size bed and a full kitchen. An additional queen size air bed is also available as the second bed.
