The main living areas are located on the top level. The gourmet kitchen is located at the rear of the home allowing for gorgeous backyard views through the large cathedral windows. The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is equipped with everything you will need throughout your vacation. Enjoy breakfast at the kitchen island, that has seating for four at the high bar chairs. To one side of the great room is the dining nook. The dining table can seat 8 people comfortably. Right in front of the large cathedral windows is a sitting area with a fireplace and flat screen television. Off of the great room, there is access to rear deck. This deck is home to the private hot tub, and in the summer patio furniture is set up for guests. When the weather is warm, you may find you spend all your time right here! There are two bedrooms on the main level, with the master bedroom on the front side of the home. This spacious master bedroom features a Cal King sized bed and a daybed, fireplace, flat screen television and private deck. The master en suite bathroom is the perfect oasis, with a large jacuzzi tub and separate stand up shower. The second bedroom is located off of the kitchen, and features a queen sized bed. Above the kitchen is the upstairs loft. This space has a pool table, foosball table and a pull out couch that can sleep 1 person. Downstairs is the remaining two bedrooms and the family room. Each bedroom features a queen bed, and guests will use the shared full bathroom on this level. Also on this level is the cozy family room. This room is perfect for the kids to watch a movie before bed, and has a futon that also allows for extra sleeping. The Lodgepole Pine Chalet is located in the area of Meyers, the gateway to Lake Tahoe from Sacramento and the Highway 50 Corridor. This area is about 5 minutes to the ‘Y’ and 15 minutes from the state line and seven miles to Lake Tahoe. In the summer, enjoy playing golf on one of the two golf courses in Meyers. Tahoe Paradise Golf Course is walking distance from Lodgepole Pine Chalet, a great golf course for every ability. In the winter, you can walk to snowmobiling trails. The home also backs up to trails that are perfect for mountain biking, hiking, snowshoeing or cross country skiing! If you want to enjoy some time on the slopes this home is 39 minutes from Kirkwood Mountain Resort, 18 minutes from Sierra-at-Tahoe and only 16 minutes from Heavenly Mountain Resort.
