The farmhouse has a large kitchen and pantry with all amenities, laundry room, dining room, comfy living room with woodstove, 2 outdoor decks, grill, TV high speed internet. There are four bedrooms, 3 of which have private baths. A large mudroom off the kitchen stores your sporting gear. The outdoor HOT TUB and summer shower faces stunning views. A separate 3-season REC ROOM has a ping-pong table, puzzles, and games along with an additional couch/twin sofa bed. OUTDOOR LOVERS! Come explore the our private trails on 545 acres by foot, cross-country skis, snowshoes {we have 4 sets in the mud room}, mountain bike, horse! Other four-season activities include fly-fishing, swimming, hiking, biking, golfing, rafting/kayaking, zip-lining, and downhill skiing at Mount Snow and Berkshire East, and cross-country skiing. You'll pass beaver ponds, enter lush forests and open meadows, and may chance upon some of our local wildlife. URBAN ACCESS Nearby Shelburne Falls and Historic Deerfield feature quaint shops, antiques, local artists, and farm stands in season. We are also close to stores, golf courses, and the Mt. Snow ski area in Wilmington, Vermont. Mass MoCA (Museum of Contemporary Art) in North Adams, Clark Art Institute in Williamstown, and the Five College towns of Northampton and Amherst are just a short scenic drive away.
