Our condo is in Frisco, Co. a unique resort town with a friendly down-to-earth feel. Surrounded by mountains & ski resorts our condo is 1 block from Main St. & a short walk to the Marina. You can shop & experience great restaurants & nightlife, or kayak, paddle board, or go boating. Our remodeled condo looks like a winter wonderland w/ sparkling quartz counter tops & shimmering stone around the fireplace. Nearly everything is new including modern furnishings. We have created a cozy, fun, whimsical place to stay in the mountains with the traveler in mind. We have a strong WIFI connection and have added additional electric outlets and USB ports for ease of re-charging your lap tops, tablets and cell phones. Games, books, DVD's, a Blu-Ray player and Smart TVs are all provided for your enjoyment. The condo sleeps a maximum of 9 guests between 3 bedrooms and a queen pullout couch with memory foam mattress in the living room. But for more comfort we recommend a limit of 7 people. The master bedroom provides a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, and flat-screen Smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, large closet, and flat-screen TV. Bringing the kids? They’ll be eager to try out our bike-themed third bedroom with twin over full bunk bed as well as another twin bed. This room has a desk and a TV that can be used for a gaming system. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need - including a Kuerig coffee maker (coffee, specialty teas, and hot chocolate), blender, crockpot, dishes, microwave, pots, pans, and utensils. We provide little extras like our signature popcorn for guests to enjoy. A propane gas BBQ is provided on the balcony if the weather permits. For those dry nights - all the bedrooms are supplied with a humidifier. And we leave colorado-made shower/bath bombs in each of the bathrooms.
