Diamond Lake Tiny Cottage

Welcome to Diamond Lake - a fisherman's paradise! Our adorable studio cottage is waiting for you to make memories on all-sports Diamond Lake. The tiny house cottage packs a lot of amenities in 700 square feet, including a full bathroom and a full kitchen. The deck is directly over the lake with unobstructed wide views. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat and keep it on the pier during their residency, or rent a boat from Park Shore Marina or Diamond Lake Marina. All linens are provided (including beach towels) and the kitchen is complete with cookware, plates, silverware and glassware. Sleeping arrangements include a new full size bed in a sleeping alcove, a twin daybed and trundle (new) and a new sofa that converts to a full size bed. There is also a pack-n-play and a booster chair in the closet. We have a new water heater, new range and new a/c unit. Guests rent the entire cottage. Check-in anytime with a resort lock that gives each guest a unique code for enhanced safety and security. Beside the cottage is a lawn area with an outdoor dining table and an assortment of lawn chairs and a fire pit. Large lawn area for fun and games. Excellent fishing right off the pier. Off-street parking for one vehicle is available. Diamond Lake is in a lovely rural setting where you can truly "get away from it all." T There is no public transportation available. We have parking on the grounds of the cottage for one vehicle. If you need parking for more than one vehicle, please contact us before arrival to give us time to accommodate the request. No smoking allowed anywhere on the property. No pets. The property may not be suitable for families with small children. There is no fence or barrier of any kind between the lawn and the lake. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. At check-in, positive photo ID is required and whoever makes the reservation must be in residence the entire rental term. The property is not handicap accessible.
