Zoo, Dodger's Stadium, Equestrian Center & Burbank Airport, 13 minutes away from Universal Studios & Griffith Park. This is a 1 bedroom house, fully furnished, turn key in a beautiful 'zen like' oasis surrounding. Huge Patio. Very serene , Limit 2 , queen size bed, non-smoking inside house but ok to smoke outside, away from the door, at the designated area and no pets, very allergic. We offer Orange or apple juice, Coffee & or tea and a continental breakfast. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. You'll love your stay. Now offering free limo service within 3 miles and to/from Burbank airport within a reasonable time. We have upgraded our shower and filtration system to have Hepa filters(hospital grade) and the highest uv light intensity for cleaner air , that's effective against common household allergens such as pollen, dust mites, viruses, bacteria, mold and fungi.
