Fruita farm adventure

Come enjoy the quiet farm life with incredible views of the surrounding mountains. You can adventure all day and relax at the fire pit in the evenings or challenge some friends to a game of horseshoes !! Located just on the edge of Fruita and close to hiking, biking, and trail riding. A horse corral is available for use during your stay and plenty of trailer parking. There is also a water sports park and dirt bike /atv trails near by. Come and stay a while with some ambition to play!! Smoking outdoors only and not at areas that are shared. Pool is seasonal only and hot tub is open year around. All children under 15 must be supervised by an adult while using the space and amenities. The single bed available is a cot .
