As a professional clay sculptor, mosaic artist & arts educator, I can also help you find the other artist studios.. With your own entrance you will have full privacy. But I am available to assist with any needs you may have. As I live above the apartment, I am always available and happy to help in any way. But will highly respect your privacy. Just want you to feel at home. Do you need an iron, or need to borrow something? I will be happy to assist with places to go and see and eat, and will provide maps and chamber information for your ease. I am certainly in the country, and have not too close neighbors, and they are quiet and extremely respectful. There is outdoor seating, and a private yard for your use. This location is close to town for restaurants, and in the middle of plenty of hiking and outdoor entertainment including a winery, galleries, and within reasonable distance to Penland School of Crafts. You will need to enter the apartment through my studio, in which you are welcome at any time. However, I ask that you respect the work in progress. My precious pup will be here most of the time. He is extremely accommodating, quiet and loves people and other dogs.
