This is a single story apartment complex built in the 50's. It has been in our family for over 6 decades and 3 generations. It is a quiet, quaint complex with hardwood floors, bright casement windows, and plenty of space for a single or couple. This over 500 square ft apartment is a block from the local college and less than a mile to the center of downtown. It is also easy access to the freeway. It has a queen bed in the bedroom, large couch in the living room and small eating table in the kitchen nook. Comes with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave and cooking/eating utensils. Hardwood floors in bedroom and living room. Vinyl til in bathroom and kitchen. There is a TV, but it will not include TV service. You will need a device to stream TV (Roku, Laptop, AppleTV, etc) or can acquire cable through a local cable company. Electric wall AC unit is used for cooling and Gas floor furnace is used for heating. I actively manage the apartment complex and am regularly around. You will have my cell phone and I am available at any point. This is the "college" neighborhood...specifically this piece of the neighborhood is developing with 2 new breweries within 2 blocks and within a block of the college, which has a stadium with track, theater, classes, pool, etc. A 5 minute walk to a fun wine cafe, with great food and fun vibe, a couple more minutes and you are in the heart of downtown with a movie theater and tons of restaurants, theaters, bars, etc.
