Woodsong Suite and Getaway!

Modern, rustic, eclectic decor in the main room, and the 2 bedrooms are a spa-romantic style in one bedroom and an elegant eclectic in the other. This is a one-floor, private suite with a separate entrance. Full bathroom and simple galley style kitchen. I am nestled a half mile off a secondary road on a ten acre wooded lot. Lots of wildlife and extremely peaceful, a perfect getaway! Located 30 miles from the Delaware beaches and 45 minutes from Dover Downs speedway. This suite is a basic 5-area apartment: A galley kitchen, a living area with bistro seating, a hallway that leads into a full bath and 2 guest bedrooms. 880 sq. Ft. Guest access is limited to the apartment that has the 2 bedrooms. It is a partial-basement/ground floor. I own a 10-acre property with a gravel lane and loop driveway. There is plenty of free parking near the house. I prefer to meet my guests and communicate with them early on. My intention is to give them their privacy so that they can enjoy some rest and relaxation. I am available by text or calling if it is necessary for them. The apartment is adjoined to the house and I am usually available physically during the daytime. This is a very rural area with lots of farms. There are a couple local businesses, but it’s mostly farmland, fields and Meadows and some woods. A very relaxing and low maintenance lifestyle. Very quiet and peaceful. This is a very rural area so it is recommended that you drive a car! However you can take bikes within a couple of miles for some local things like a farmers market or local BBQ near the main highway. I am located only 30 miles from the beaches! Lewes, Cape Henlopen and Rehoboth beach and the Rehoboth Tanger outlets. Dewey is about 40 minutes drive. About 45 minutes to the Dover downs raceway. Milford and Harrington are only 10 minutes away. Seaford and Georgetown are only 20 minutes away. BWI is 1hr & 45 min. Phillie International is 1hr & 30 min. Booked guests ONLY overnight. No Babies, toddlers, or children under age 7. (Not child proofed) Well-behaved dogs only! **DOG MUST BE KENNELED IF LEFT BEHIND IN THE APARTMENT. ——No exceptions. Thank you! I now have a fire pit!
