Spacious private apartment in upstairs of cape cod style home. -Living room has large closet with hangers, iron and ironing board. Cable TV with premium channels and wifi included. -Kitchen is equipped with full-size refrigerator, apartment size oven, microwave and Keurig coffee brewer (coffee pods included!), toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dish ware, glass ware and silverware. -Bathroom has full-size tub with fixed shower head and removable shower head. Bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths and soap are included. Essential items located in the medicine cabinet in case you forgot something! -Large separate bedroom with queen-size bed (linens included), dresser, desk with chair, and closet with hangers. Simply appointed - a very peaceful space! Minimum 2 night stay, maximum 30 days per Town Code. Long-term rental not offered at this time. Off-street parking is available to guests. Living areas are completely separate and while I love chatting and getting to know my guests, I respect your privacy and will not intrude during your stay. Take a short walk to Mill Pond with scenic views of Long Island Sound or take a ride to any of the north shore beaches located in the Town of Huntington (fees apply Memorial Day to Labor Day). A few miles to the west is downtown Huntington, which offers dining, shopping, theaters and a music venue - always something to do! A few miles east is Northport Village, a quaint little town with restaurants and shopping - a must see for a stroll or bite to eat!
