Large lovingly restored second floor unit on NW corner of building. Massive windows look onto downtown streets with large dining room and lounge area. Enjoy walks to downtown festivals or short drives to skiing, fishing, hiking, outdoor adventures. Unit Two is fully restored, has a closet to hang your clothes or wet coats, has Netflix and WIFI with a booster in the room, Queen sized bed, additional fold out sofa in living room, large corner sofas in bedroom for kids or additional guests, Persian rugs. There is a ceiling fan for warm nights (no AC available generally in Wallace ID) and the large windows open but have adjustable wooden blinds for privacy. See pictures Unit Two of the Idaho Building has keypad access to the building from the street and a separate keypad access to the Unit, it is on the second floor on a long hall filled with historic woodwork and pictures of old mining scenes. Keypad access means you can check in at any time. Local representative Dale Rullman is available by cell phone and checks in with all guests during their stay. Except on days when there is a major festival, parking is readily available on the street in front of the building. You are within walking distance of everything in Downtown Wallace Idaho. On the first floor of the building is the office of nonprofit Friends of the Coeur d' Alene Trail, where you can rent bikes to ride around town and bike the 90 mile Coeur d' Alene Trail which runs through town.
