Modern country decor, in a country setting. Lancaster proper is about 15 minutes away, which has lots of restaurants and shops. We have 1 pet, a cat. He is friendly and declawed. We do not allow him (Babyboy) in our guest room. Please read full listing and details before you book. We live here, this is our home, you will be sharing a space with us. We have check in and out times for a reason, please respect them. 1 private bedroom, separate private full bath, shared living room, kitchen which has a gas stove, refrigerator with water and ice in door, microwave, keurig for coffee. We will provide coffee and muffins/fresh fruit, and instant oatmeal, for breakfast. Want to cook a meal for yourself( you provide food and cleanup) We also have a sunroom with beautiful views. Central air and heat, softened water. Lots of parking. Could also handle an RV, we have a 60 amp service, no water or septic for it though. Access to private full bath, common area and full kitchen, sunroom and front porch. Wi-Fi is a hot spot, with limited data. Modern country decor, in a country setting. Lancaster and surrounding small towns have lots to offer. From art walks, to festivals fairs, great fireworks for the 4th of July, and much more. Our neighbors are very friendly, cattle farming community, you can see a million stars on a clear night ! Join us for bonfires as the weather permits. Best to have a car, but if you're bike touring in the country, this is a great place to start! 15 minutes from east Lancaster, 20 minutes from Somerset, 10 from Bremen, lots to see and do.
