Columbus city requires all guest to pay an excise tax of 5.1% which will be added to your fees once you book. This home complies with the required licensure for short term rentals in Columbus, Ohio and the license number is (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) The entire main floor of this ranch home is available to the guests. There is a basement apartment and laundry room that is off limits. Upon request the laundry room may be available by appointment. There is a separate entry for the two levels. There is driveway parking available on the right side of the drive leaving the left side open for the owner to come and go from the garage. There is street parking available for additional vehicles. I can be reached by phone or text even if I am not available in person. If I am traveling I will have others available in the neighborhood in case of emergency.
