The 3-bed, 3-bath home is perfect for a maximum of 6 adults and up to 4 minor children. This includes a fantastic large al fresco dining area that overlooks the vineyards. This charming Ranch is situated on a private and gated, 20-acre property with 360-degree views of open country, hillsides, and vineyards. The beautiful dwelling is nestled among the majestic, ancient oaks that are joined by country lanes, expansive lawns, chandeliers in oak trees, beautiful windmills and darling farm animals! Guests can enjoy air-conditioning, flat-screen TVs, free WiFi, and Amazon "Alexa" at the Ranch. If you're traveling with a Tesla or other electric car, there is a 220V Tesla charging outlet on the property. You will be warmly welcomed by the owners, who reside on the property and receive a comprehensive introduction to the ranch. Our guests are gifted with warm fresh baked cookies, farm fresh eggs, muffins, cream and a complimentary bottle of local wine. The large infinity pool and jacuzzi are shared and overlook the property's lush fields and surrounding vineyards. Spend your days experiencing all the different facets of farm life throughout your stay. Whether it’s lounging by the beautiful infinity pool, playing cards, backgammon, puzzles, croquet or badminton, there’s not a shortage of things to do! We can arrange a private tour of our farm animals, where you can meet our resident chickens and gather colorful fresh eggs for your hearty healthy breakfasts. Then take a stroll down "Harrison Lane" to visit our four adorable goats: Gidget, Buttercup, Sugarplum & Trixybell and to top it off, you can walk Harriett & Mama Llama, our sweet resident llamas for the perfect photo op! On the nights that you aren't preparing meals at the property, the surrounding villages of Los Olivos, Solvang, and Santa Ynez have delicious local eateries for guests to experience, all within a 12 to 15-minute drive. If you're interested in private chef services, farm to table dinners, archery, facials or massages at the Ranch, these can be provided at an additional cost. Wine tasting tours can also be arranged. -- THE LOCATION -- This Ranch is situated in the perfect location to enjoy everything that the Santa Ynez Wine Country has to offer! Guests can walk 1 mile to the famous Rusack Vineyards, located just east of the property, or drive to a multitude of other vineyards with the whole group to understand what makes the grapes from this area so unique!
