Hi I'm Ryan, this is my peaceful waterfront cabin with 3.25 acres of land and 200ft of waterfront on Oro Bay. Newly remodel with all high end finishes, chef kitchen. Nice toasty heat radiant heat flooring through out the house. This house has spacious master bedroom facing the Bay. This vacation home will be a great a family and friend retreat. the house can sleep 9 people comfortably and plenty of room to camp outside. There is a historic Ocean City Ferry on the property. However, it is prohibited to trespass, or obstruct it in anyways. You can only observe it from a distance.
