Relax in a serene private room in our walk out lower level, overlooking 2 acres. Nestled in a small private neighborhood just outside Verona, minutes to downtown Madison, Fitchburg, Middleton and 2 miles to Epic. Perfect for Epic employees or Healthcare professionals contracted to work in the area and need a fantastic place to stay! A flagstone path leads you to a locked entrance to your bedroom with a very comfortable queen bed, a desk, recliner, Smart TV, mini fridge and reliable WiFi. You will stay in a serene, private quiet area in our lower level with your own entrance. Outside the private bedroom is a small sitting area with love seat, coffee table, electric fireplace to a kitchenette with coffee pot, toaster oven, refrigerator, toaster and microwave. Next to that is the laundry room with a full stove, pots and pans and sink for your use. Your full bath is next to this with a new large shower head, towels and storage. Kitchenette, private bathroom with amenities, workout area upstairs, WiFi, satellite TV, mini refrigerator, hot tub, private outdoor sitting area, grill and laundry upon request. 2 roll away beds and love seat with hideaway bed available for additional guests for an extra $25/guest/night. We respect your privacy and space but are always available to answer any questions you may have or if you need anything. Our 3 small pups stay upstairs but our Bengal cat may pay you a visit. Our home is nestled on a small, quiet and private neighborhood in a country, woodsy setting, steps from Verona and Madison, a few minutes to Middleton, 2.5 miles to Epic, 1 mile to University Ridge Golf Course, 1/2 mile to Ironman bike route, 20 minutes from downtown Madison. There are sidewalks and bike lanes going into Verona, Middleton and Madison and bus routes within a 20 minute walk. Uber, Lyft, cabs, walk, bike, city bus You are welcome to use the washer and dryer as well as the hot tub that we keep heated all year. Upstairs we have a small workout area with a treadmill that you may use as well.
