Lake Front Retreat - Great for families & Groups

Look no further for your Summer Retreat! Perfect for family reunions, golf weekends, concerts at Alpine and more. Entertainers paradise only an hour from Chicago. This retreat has over 100’ of private lakefront with a private dock for your boat (boat rentals available!). This retreat has 5 beds and 3 baths, with room for up to three families. There are are 3 large decks overlooking the lake and fishing poles, kayaks, paddle boards, and a giant Lilly Pad for use during your stay! You’ve found the perfect space to enjoy the lake life with your favorite people! The three level home will be all yours. There is parking for up to 6 cars. Home is located on 100’ private lake front just one hour from Chicago and Milwaukee. If you want to explore a bit, you’re only 10 minutes to Wilmot Mountain, 20 minutes to Lake Geneva, 30 minutes to world class golf, and 30 minutes to summer concerts at Alpine Valley. The top floor of the home features a private master bedroom with a king bed, pull out sofa chair (just smaller than a twin bed when pulled out) and queen air mattress. Unreal views from this level, on top of the hill with a private sitting area. The master bath has a walk in shower, dual vanities, and a whirlpool tub. The main floor has a great open floor plan with the family room, kitchen, and dining nook. This floor also has the second full bath, laundry and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has two twin beds (bunks) and the other bedroom has a king bed and two twins (bunks). There is a gas grill for use off of the Kitchen on the lofted patio. The lower level has a kitchen, full bath, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a full and twin (bunks) and a great loft area for kids to play and hang out. The other bedroom has a queen bed and room for a twin Air mattress. Off the main level, there is a large 2 tiered deck looking over the lake below shaded by a hundred year old Maple tree. You’ll have access to a huge Rec Tec pellet grill for barbecues and plenty of space for outdoor dining. As you follow the stairs down, you will come to a third deck overlooking the lake on top of the boat house. At the lake level, you will have access to 100’ of private lake frontage, shallow water for wading and swimming, a fire pit, and a dock for watching the sun set. Feel free to bring and dock your boat (launch is less than a mile from the house) or we can help you rent a boat - it will get delivered directly to the dock and picked up when you’re done! In the boat house off the patio, there is a half bath, mini fridge, and wet bar so you can entertain at the waters edge. Next to the boat house there is a build in fire pit, outdoor shower with hot water to rinse off after playing in the lake, and all the toys you need to have fun in the sun - 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, a large lily pad, fishing poles & tackle, and life jackets for the little ones. Guests will have access to the entire property except for access to our private boat and the master bedroom closet. Boat rentals are available. We will be available by text, phone and AirBNB throughout your stay. Twin lakes is a small town, but there are a few good restaurants we can point you to and some small bars downtown. You will be close to Lake Geneva, Alpine Valley, Wilmot. There is on-site parking for up to 6 cars - 3 on the driveway and 3 cars can fit comfortably in the parking spaces on the street. Please note, the driveway is very steep and not accessible during winter. If you need transportation for a golf outing, special event, night on the town or to Alpine, let us know and we can make some recommendations! Boat rentals are available. It can be arranged to have a boat delivered right to the dock and picked up when your done! Doesn’t get easier than that. Half day, full day, and week long rentals available. Lake Mary is a wonderful place to have a great time, but this is not a party house. If you throw a party, you will be asked to leave. Voices and noise carry over the water at night.
