A cozy upstairs loft with a scenic view overlooking the Columbia River Gorge, perfect for the couple looking to relax in the quaint town of Mosier. The house is equipped with a small, fully appointed kitchen complete with an electric kettle, large toaster oven, microwave, single burner induction cooktop, refrigerator and full kitchen ware. The living room has a comfortable couch, TV, sound system, fast internet and reading nook. The living room is equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There is a separate office/ sitting room with large windows overlooking the town of Mosier, The Columbia River and the Syncline. The bedroom area is cozy with a comfortable queen size bed with windows overlooking the private, fenced in backyard. The bathroom is small but well equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. There are several hiking trails, mountain biking trails and road biking loops for recreation in the area. Enjoy the six mile paved scenic highway tunnels trail into Hood River. The nearby waterfront park provides a launch to windsurf, kiteboard, swim or paddle. The Mosier Company offers a full food menu and bar with outside seating and live music. The Rack and Cloth offers a light menu with pizzas, beer and house made cider. They also offer live music in a comfortable outdoor setting. The local farmers market is downtown every Sunday afternoon. There is also a small food market for buying supplies, Route 30 ice cream parlor and Dwelling station furniture shop. Mosier is located just off of I-84, 69 miles east of Portland in the Columbia River Gorge. Hood River is located just 6 miles to the west on I-84 with lots of options for shopping and restaurants. The Dalles is located 12 miles to the east on I-84 and also has many restaurants and shopping options.
