Located in the heart of downtown Newburgh, this wonderfully decorated cottage offers a full kitchen, claw foot tub, walk in closet, deck, and river views. Shops and restaurants within steps and only 15 minutes from downtown Evansville. The space is filled with plants, smart tv, claw foot tub with shower, basic utensils and cooking pans, hair and body products, cozy queen bed, and sleeper sofa. Guests are free to use the deck attached to the cottage, the outdoor table and chairs, and the entire space inside of the cottage. I am available by text. The cottage is walking distance from all of downtown Newburgh’s boutique shops, antique stores, and restaurants. Uber and Lyft are available in the area. Parking is on the street in front of the cottage and entry is through main property’s yard. There are stairs, so take that into consideration when booking!
