You get so much more than a bed.Your space includes your own private bathroom with shower, kichen and living area. You have a separate entrance and lots of privacy. This is a basement apartment. Quiet block, close to JFK airport and LIRR. TV in living room, great Wi-Fi and coffee. Spacious, clean and quiet. New stove, small fridge. Renovated bathroom. Total privacy. I host 1 guest/group at a time, so entire space is yours. Also, can accommodate late check in/out. Just let me know. :-) I believe people like their privacy, so no interaction besides greeting. But I am always a text away. Long Island Railroad close by for easy access to the city. Penn station is 30mins away. A few blocks from dunkin donuts, subways, mcdonalds. Dominoes and Papajohn pizza delivery.
