A large driveway parks 2 cars, with additional spaces in the extra deep back yard able to accomplish vehicles/trailers up to 25 ft on-site (available upon request). Pets negotiable. Property owners are longtime Madison residents and Superhosts! Guests have full and exclusive use of the entire house, the two off-street parking spots in the side yard and use of the front and back yards. The garage and three parking spaces in the back of the extra deep property are reserved for the property owner. Please keep the driveway to the back open. One of the extra deep spots (able to store a truck and trailer with maximum length of approximately 25-feet) and electric hookups are available by request for guests traveling with trailers. We live a few miles from this property, but have been hosting guests on AirBnb as top-rated Superhosts for many years! We will be readily available by phone or in person if needed! The Town Blooming Grove is an enclave completely surrounded by Madison's near eastside, specifically near Olbrich Garden and the Atwood neighborhoods. It is very near the New Garver Feed Mill and 3.5 miles from the Capitol. Ten minutes to downtown, five minutes to the Dane County Airport ( (Hidden by Airbnb) )! Public transportation is nearby, a bike path is close and it is easy to get downtown (10 minutes!) or the airport (5 minutes!) with your car or uber, lyft or a taxi! This house is located in a residential neighborhood and the property has been in the owner's family for many years. Most of the neighbors are long term residents and friendly. Please respect the family-friendly vibe of this quiet neighborhood close to the action of downtown and the Williamson Street and Atwood Neighborhoods.
