Separate outside entrance. Safe suburban neighborhood. Off street parking. One mile to Interstate 84. Walking trails, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Due to Covid bed linens, bathroom towels and kitchen towels are no longer provided to keep my contact with guests safe for all. Thx Apartment is located in lower level of my colonial home but has a private entrance. Cozy, comfortable apartment and faces west providing bright light and sunshine. Separate private self contained apartment, with efficiency kitchen and bath with shower. Wifi and basic cable. Off street parking with access to yard. Happy to make recommendations for dining, entertainment, shopping and touring Connecticut. Always available by phone or if I am home just stop by. Suburban residential area with access to Green Walkway nearby. Less than a mile walk on Green Walkway to Dunkin Donuts, restaurants, pizza, breakfast, ice cream and groceries and more. One mile to Interstate 84 and RT 8. Westover School, Post University and Naugatuck Valley Community College 2 miles away. The Taft School approximately 5 miles. Waterbury Hospital 3 miles. St. Mary’s Hospital 4 miles. Waterbury Train Station 4 miles. Tuesday evenings from February to June and September to December I host a women's educational group called Stone Soup so my house is filled with 15 to 20 women and the apartment will hear the pitter patter of shuffling feet. Group meets from 6:30pm to approximately 9:30pm.
