You'll love this quiet retreat set just 6 miles from the beach and 25 minutes from Milwaukee. Inside you'll find a 6 bedroom 5 bath home. Outside features a huge private yard, w/fire pit & spa lounge chairs. There are nature trails abound and yet we are just minutes away from historic Cedarburg, Port Washington & Milwaukee. Our farm has a unique “group stay” pricing structure as well. Because we are set up to accommodate larger groups and families who want to stay together, the only fair way to charge for group stay accommodations is to charge per person. The per person rates do not kick in until after the 3rd person, so, the extra guest fee starts at $49/person/night after the 3rd guest. We are not like hotels or small resorts that charge by the room, because staying at a private home rental, you get so much more than just a room. From our perspective, It would not be fair to charge a room rate for a group of say five guests versus a group of 15 guests. So, charging a per person rate allows us to keep our costs down and be fair to each unique group that wants to stay here. When you break down the total of each stay and do the math on our per person rates, it may seem like its more expensive, but it usually comes out to about the same price as a nice hotel room, only you get way more amenities and much more value for your dollar staying with us. Just to name a few of the best amenities, you get a fully stocked kitchen, private dining room, private living room, an outdoor private lounge with fire pit and a large terrace with Bbq grill, that will not only give you quality time to hang out together, but it will also save a lot of money not having to go to restaurants all the time. When you calculate the cost of our place, it usually breaks down to about $76-$100/person/night. When you look at it from that stand point, its a pretty good deal. The newly renovated 4 bedroom east wing & the 2 bedroom west wing is approximately 4600 sq ft and has a brand new kitchen, all new furniture including 2 comfy sofa sleepers for extra guests, new 4k smart tv's, new beds and linens, 5 newly renovated bathrooms, a heated sunroom/bedroom overlooking the tall pine forest and 3 wood burning fireplaces. Also included is a den/office that converts into a bedroom or can be used to stay in touch with your office. Delight in the huge yard, the orchard, the gardens & the walking trails surrounding the property. Your host Dale & Katy are always accessible and close by, but they will be invisible when you want your privacy. The barn & loft spaces can be rented for events and gatherings for an additional fee. Email to request more info and details on availability. We have large tables, audio/visual equipment, corporate event staging and anything you need for special parties or events. We are conveniently located just 4 miles from interstate 43, grocery stores including a Walmart, golf courses and large hotels for additional rooms if needed. Quiet hours from 11pm-6am. Our neighbors can not be disturbed and their privacy must be respected. If noise gets out of control, the local authorities will be called to remove rule breakers from the property. Children must be supervised on the property and can not go into barns or outbuildings without a adult present. Consult with staff for a private tour and rules for the out buildings. Firewood is an extra charge and is $5 for large bundle. Property Management must be notified of all Weddings and Parties. We have rules and town code that must be followed. If rules or code are violated a fine of up to $1000 could be issued to guests and fees my also apply.
