Lakeside Lake Ann is located on an all sports lake in the village of Lake Ann, Michigan. 75 feet of private beach front, dock, rowboat, a largeyard with beach area, lounge chairs, an extra large deck with a table for 8, and lakeside fire pit and a charcoal grill. The house includes A/C, Washer & Dryer, Flat screen and DVD player, Wifi, fireplace, large dining table and an equipped kitchen. The home sleeps 8. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS. Lakeside Lake Ann is a beautiful lakeside home located on Ann Lake, an all sports lake in the quiet village of Lake Ann, Michigan. The outside amenities include 75 feet of private beach front (the lake bottom is hard sand), dock and rowboat, a large level yard with sunny beach area, lounge chairs, an extra large deck with a table for 8, and lakeside fire pit and a charcoal grill. The inside is paneled throughout. There is a large great room with a flat screen TV and DVD player; Wifi internet connection; fireplace; a large dining table; and a nicely equipped kitchen. The home sleeps 8 in real beds. There area two bathrooms. Two bedrooms on the main level each with a queen size bed. One loft bedroom with a double bed. The remaining loft area has one queen size bed and two twin beds. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels. The home is air-conditioned and has a washer and dryer. This is a SMOKE FREE home. NO PETS are allowed. Wonderful vacation amenities and activities surround Lakeside Lake Ann. Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore and Dunes, Interlochen Arts Academy, golf courses, small Village park and larger Township park, walking/hiking trails, wineries, potters, crafts, antiques and boutiques, excellent fine and casual dining. The rental period is Saturday to Saturday, arrive no sooner than 3:00 PM and depart no later 10:00 AM. Lake Ann Village includes a park, post office, bank, The Red Door Coffe shop, Lake Ann Grocery, Lake Ann Brewing Company, The Stone oven restaurant and also a public beach.
