An absolutely FUN, old country cottage. But bigger. Built in 1907 this house has all kinds of funky hiding places, nooks and crannies. Fully furnished including dishes/kitchen, linens and towels/bath and kitchen. Large rooms and common areas provide family time and privacy. Minimum knick-knacks replaced by puzzles, picnic basket and outdoor games. High ceilings and very large windows. Beautiful sunsets from the both decks. The tides rise/lower between 25-28 feet, 4 times a day. Mesmerizing! Enjoy BOTH the sunny side of the island and foggy days with the lulling fog horns. Lots of parking front and back. Lydia feels like THE VERY BEST THING about this side or the cottage is the amazing outdoor shower. The best part of her day is a hot, hot shower over looking Friars Bay as the fog rolls in or the sun comes up or sets. NOTE: We will have the added apartment finished by July 1, 2022. This unit is fully furnished. It has 2 bedrooms upstairs with spectacular views of the Bay. Downstairs includes a full bath with clawfoot tub/shower, a nice little kitchen, a stackable washer/dryer and a nice living room with a TV and Internet access. Linens, dishes and all of the things you'll need will be included on this side also. It has a private driveway and a wonderful new porch with an outdoor grill. This side can be rented WITH the entire house or separately. Details with pricing will be included early 2022.
