Cozy home located 2 miles from Notre Dame

Small and cozy house located 2 miles from the campus of the University of Notre Dame. 2 bedrooms and one bath that can sleep 4 individuals. The home has WIFI, a washer and dryer, a large fenced in backyard, an extra-wide driveway that can fit 4 cars, and has additional street parking available. Our home is minutes away from multiple restaurants and the University Park Mall. It's a perfect place for a couple during their stay in South Bend! We are available throughout your stay at all times, if and when you may need us. The house is located in a very safe, county neighborhood next to Clay High School and an elementary school. It is located in county limits meaning there are no sidewalks but there is minimal traffic so taking walks is not an issue. Both rooms are joined by the same closet, with openings on both sides, in an effort to make sure both rooms have closet space in this tiny home. The house is on well water. It is safe to drink, cook with and bath in. We have a water filtration system to eliminate any sulfur smell from the water but if the sulfur smell does arise, please let us know so we can change the filters for you. We provide 5-gallon bottled water from Acme Water World for you to drink and cook with throughout your stay without any expense to you. Just let us know when you are on your last bottle of water and we will deliver more. We provide lawn care throughout your stay.
