This house is only a 5 minute drive or Uber from downtown. The neighborhood itself is very safe. It is one of Dalton’s oldest, and most established neighborhoods. It’s conveniently located 5 minutes to the interstate I-75, and a quick drive to almost any place in the Dalton area including Dalton State College. Dalton is very easy to drive around and park. This house is probably a 5 minute drive to most places you are trying to go. If you do not wish to drive I would highly recommend using Uber or Lyft as they have recently become available in the area. This house is about a 30 minute drive to downtown Chattanooga as well. No parties or events are allowed.
