Clean and bright Lower Level Studio space has its own private entrance and windows and lots of natural light. Great space for a business trip or personal vacation. Lots to see and do near Americas first State Capital, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Private Studio Apartment located in the lower level of our home which is located a mile from Downtown Media, which is a cute small town with many local restaurants and shopping. An air mattress is available for an extra charge of $20. Please note to enter this space you must go down narrow steps; therefore, regrettably it is not suitable for someone who has a trouble walking down steps. The accessibility is unfortunately limited due to the age and design of our home. Please note this space is not suitable for children babies and toddlers (under the age of 6). Fenced back yard and patio. I live on the property and am available for any questions or problems that may arise. By automobile: Less than a 5 minute drive to downtown Media, PA 15-20 minute ride to Philadelphia International Airport 25 minutes to Center City Philadelphia, PA. 30 minutes to Wilmington, DE Located less than a quarter mile from the bus and one mile from the trolley and downtown Media. It’s is approximately 2 miles from the train station. Uber or Lyft is available as well. Visitors center and local park for the area is less than 1/4 mile from the space. Close to historical Brandywine Battlefield and Valley Forge, Philadelphia, Wilmington, Museums, and Parks. Lots of large malls and shopping in the area as well.
