Lockhart Carriage House

The Lockhart Carriage House is an upstairs guest space built in 1913, and renovated in 2017. The three rooms are of generous size, all totaling 500 square feet. The construction, furnishing, and decor takes you back in time, but includes modern conveniences such as central heat & air conditioning, wi-fi, and streaming TV (AppleTV+, Netflix, HBO Max, Prime, Hulu, Disney+, Showtime, and more) It's a pleasant 5 minute walk down San Antonio Street to the Lockhart town square. The Lockhart Carriage House has stairs, a private entrance, a full sized bed, kitchenette with a refrigerator, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, and electric tea kettle, and microwave (no stove), complimentary coffee & tea. Includes free off-street covered parking. I just added a corn toss game set, feel free to use it in the backyard during your stay. Guests have the entire upstairs carriage house space, and share the backyard with us. I give my guests space, but I'm available for questions before 10pm. Easy self check in via the electronic keypad. Message us if you have any questions during your stay. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, a short walk from the Lockhart town square. Guests can use my carport parking (please park in the bay on the right), or park on the street. It's a short walk to the shops and restaurants on the town square. This is a cozy and charming space, it is over 100 years old, and there are stairs. I think you'll love it, but it may not be ideal for everyone, such as infants and small children. Due to the age of windows, please do not open them.
