Convenient North Davis Location

The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and situated just a block from the UNI bus line to the University. From this point, the University is a ten minute bus ride or bicycle ride. Just a few blocks away is the Yolo bus line to the Sacramento International Airport. Davis has many restaurants, shops and points of interest. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The room is a convenient size with a large closet, desk, great desk chair, bookcase, single bed with deluxe foam mattress, and linens. Street parking ( no permits required), nice sized private room with easy access with shared bathroom (with lock). Guest may use kitchen, living room and garden. Locked storage shed for bicycles is in rear of house. No bicycles are permitted in the house. USE OF A BICYCLE IS AVAILABLE at your request. We are a 15 minute ride to campus or if you prefer, the UNIVERSITY TRANSIT RED BUS stop just one and one half block from our house. My work schedule is busy and a bit unpredictable. I am usually in and out during the day but working late afternoon until 10:00. PM.After you check in, I will leave you my phone number as well as a secondary number for help with specific questions. The Green Belt intersects with my street offering bicycling and or walking to downtown in this charming "global village". You will be one block's access to nearby shops, markets,restaurants and public transport to the University or SMF, Sacramento International Airport. UNITRANS The big red bus 🚌 picks up one block away and the YOLO BUS picks up at about one half mile walk to the intersection/bus stop. The train depot in downtown Davis allows you access to board AMTRAK for all train 🚂 services. Please observe QUIET HOURS (9-9) FREE Parking on street (be sure to be mindful of blocking neighbor’s driveway! Study Buddies are permissible, be sure that they agree to our requests: no smoking, no use of drugs or alcohol. No overnight guests.
