The Loon-Y Bin: 4 season fun in the ADKs.

The Loon-Y Bin is located at 108 West Ave in Eagle Bay NY. The house has a rustic feel inside but includes all modern amenities to enjoy during your vacation. A 55” smart tv, WiFi, Verizon cellular service extender and a Nest smart thermostat to name a few. The location has perfect access to the Fulton Chain of Lakes from 4th lake and everything the Central Adirondacks has to offer. The location is perfect for winter snowmobiling, ride directly from the house. Located almost behind the Eagle Bay Fire Department Trail 5 is across Rt 28 a few hundred feet away. Plenty of trailer parking on site for multiple trailers and 24 hour ethanol free gas a few hundred feet away at Big Moose Yamaha. You will be renting the larger side of a conjoined camp. Owners/property managers will use other side for weekend or maintenance reasons. This property is part of the Eagle Bay Home Owners Association which includes access to a HOA private beach a short 5 minute walk away. A new high efficiency forced air propane furnace that was installed December of (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Seasonal, or Monthly Winter renters will be responsible for propane cost. Guests will have access to the large side of the home. There are 2 doors one in front and one on the side. The side door is the preferred main door. We pride ourselves to provide all guests with a great experience down to every last detail and are always open to feedback / recommendations. Our goal is to have everything perfect so you can simply enjoy yourself and not have to worry about anything! Restaurants, shops,grocery stores, and even the hardware stores are like no where else. There are boat rentals, snowmobile rentals, horse back riding, hiking trails like Bald Mountain, and Black Bear, boat tours, and the famous Enchanted Forest Water Safari, and two golf courses all close for an unforgettable vacation. Making great memories summer, fall, or winter.
