A large covered deck allows you sit outdoors all year long while enjoying the fresh air and magnificent views. With the wall to wall windows in the living room this home features a spectacular view of the many varieties of Pine and Sequoias trees, creating a feeling of bringing Mother Nature right inside. Every window in the house captures the magnificent view of the surrounding forest. The main living area is spacious enough for families, small groups or a romantic getaway. Nestle up to a cozy, real wood, fire burning stove for that rustic feel while catching up on that novel or playing games as a family. Complimentary WiFi, TV. with Satellite and a Firestick are included. The kitchen is spacious, modern and fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare a gourmet meal. There is also a space saving wine refrigerator. Enjoy the vintage table and chairs while grilling with our extra large propane BBQ or sit back on one of the rustic rockers. Our covered walkway will protect you from rain and snow allowing for easy access from parking up to the cabin. Please have driving directions written down prior to coming up to the mountains. Cell service up here is spotty. ~From the town of Oakhurst take Highway 41 North about 15 miles. ~Take the first LEFT turn onto Fishcamp Lane, past Fishcamp's general store (now rated the best BBQ around). Follow this road, you will see the post office on your right. ~Turn Left onto Silvertip Lane. ~At the stop sign turn Right. ~Then an immediate Left turn onto Silvertip Lane. ~You will see our garage on the right side about half way down. Enter through the hallway on the Right side of the garage, follow steps to the Bear and Brown door. There is a lockbox with the key on the Left side at the stair rail that continues up. Refunds are not given due to inclement weather conditions or change in dates due to our changing mountain weather outside of the cancellation period.
