The home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with plush luxury bedding in every room, a farmhouse sink, and barn doors that lead to a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a comfortable living room. No parties or events of any kind. Any attempt to have a party will result in your reservation being canceled with no refund. This home is a retreat situated on a one-acre semi-wooded lot in a great suburban subdivision. It is a 1600 square foot two-story classic style home that boasts a deluxe kitchen with stainless steel appliances, master with an en suite, 3 other spacious bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a large family room, and a full-service business space with internet. The home also features a porch, deck, large back yard, fireplace, 2 car garage, WiFi, and cable TV in every room. The property is conveniently located in a friendly, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Depending on traffic, it's approximately 20 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from the amenities of downtown Atlanta (The Fox Theater, Woodruff Arts Center, World of Coca Cola, GA Aquarium, Zoo Atlanta, etc.). Only 35 minutes to the Mercedes Benz Stadium or Six Flags Over Georgia. Less than a 15 minute drive to Interstates 75 and 675, a 10 minute drive to Southlake Mall and a host of restaurants, and 10 minute drive to Atlanta Motor Speedway for the race fans. Guest has full access to the entire home. I give my guests space but am available when needed. We are available by phone, text, and/or Airbnb messaging from 8 am- 8 pm for all non-emergencies and/or questions. Guests will have access to the entire home. A starter pack of toiletries will be included for your convenience. Additional toiletries will have to be purchased by guests if necessary. As a courtesy to our guests, we're happy to provide early check-in and late check-out. Guests may check-in as early or check-out as late as 1pm for an additional $29 per hour. If you would like early check-in or late check-out, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements. The payment is due within 48 hours or immediately if booking the same day. Subject to availability. Please Note: early check-in or late check-out is not possible during our peak season. This one-acre, semi-wooded lot is in a quiet subdivision of one of the safest parts of South Atlanta. Downtown Atlanta, all major attractions, shopping and entertainment in Buckhead are around 20 minutes away. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS of any type. Any attempts to have a party or event at this property will be shut down, guests asked to leave, and no refund. This property is strictly for lodging only. Uber, Lyft, Personal vehicle. As a courtesy to our guests, we're happy to provide early check-in and late check-out. Guests may check-in as early as 1 pm or check-out as late as 1 pm for an additional $18 per hour. If you would like early check-in or late check-out, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements. The payment is due within 48 hours or immediately if booking same day. Subject to availability. We welcome family pets for $25.00 per pet a day (up to 25 lbs). Maximum two pets per stay.
