1903 Victorian in the heart of town

Quiet neighborhood in the original town site of Glenwood Springs. I've been a property manager in Aspen for 20 years also had a vacation rental in Puerto Morelos Mexico for 17 years. Each guest gets the same special clean and sharp details on each visit. Please ask about beds. As the king can be made into twins. Also 2 twin beds in the basement where more space can be created. Teenagers seem to like that space. There are actually 4 or 5 beds depending if the king is made up.. All beds are very good.. I've had this as a vacation rental for over a year and it has been nothing but a beautiful positive experience for guests and myself as host. Environmentally friendly home!
