1 bedroom BASEMENT SUITE with private bathroom with shower, mini fridge, Microwave, entrance from the garage. I do live full time upstairs. You will hear some foot traffic from upstairs. I also have a dog and you may hear barking from time to time. Great central location in town. I do have a Dog and Cat, if you have pet allergies this space may not work for you. !!! I do have a septic tank, please do not flush tampons, pads or wipes. !!!! I do live upstairs full time. I apologize 3rd party booking are against Airbnb terms and conditions. The person booking must be staying at the property. All unauthorized guest will be remove at once. This is a BASEMENT Suite there are stairs that you would need to go down. My dog does bark from time to time. The animals do have limited access downstairs. Louie (the dog) is very friendly and likes to play. He does like to great all the guest. If that is something your uncomfortable with, please let me know. The bedroom has Egress window for safety, dehumidify and space heater for some tempter control. The house does have Central Air. The backyard is wooded for privacy. Please no smoking in the garage or the house. You can smoke outside in the backyard. Also no parties, underage drinking or drugs in my home. The whole basement suite is your space. The washer and dryer and laundry soap is not for guest use. You can enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour on the back deck or yard. I do have a small grill you can use and a picnic table to sit at. No parking in front of the garage, designated parking is posted. Due to Covid 19 I do have limited contact with guest at this time. It is Self-Check in. I do work from home for a very busy call center. inside voices at all times are required. You can Email me if you have any questions. Please allow me time to respond. If you are contacting me after 10pm, I will respond the next morning. Unless it is a emergency I will respond as soon as I can. Airbnb policy is for host to respond within 24 hours. I tend to respond in less then 6 hours. I only communicate though the website. Please watch your inbox in the website. If you need anything or have any question please let me know. I do have an 3pm check in time. I always will try to get you checked in earlier if I can. If you are a dog lover, you are more then welcome to play with Louie outside. He is always ready for a game of tug a war. Close assess to the 27 mile Green Circle biking, walking path, close to Iverson park that has a swimming area. There many restaurants to choose from. The Metro Market is nearby if you want put up some supplies. Easy assess to Hwy 51 / Hwy 66, it's a small town so driving is pretty easy. If you prefer to use a taxi /Uber/ Lift those are also available. Many restaurants ,Target and Iverson Park are walking distance. Even with social distancing in place at this time there are great activities to do in the area. Lots of local parks, 27 green circle biking and walking trail.
