Contemporary Cape Cod style home located in a quiet residential area. Enjoy views of wildlife and beautiful Willow Pond from the large deck and almost every room in this spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home. Vaulted ceilings and an open floorplan make this an ideal retreat for a family who enjoys plenty of space. CatTail cottage is in an extremely safe neighborhood, near shopping and a wide variety of restaurants, and only 20 minutes to downtown Rochester. Plenty of room with a fully stocked and equipped kitchen. Parking for four vehicles. The whole house is available. There is a locked office and storeroom that guests are not able to access. The garage is accessible, but parking is in the driveway. Myself (Jill) and my Property Manager (Michele) are here for you during your stay, but our interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. Rochester, NY has so many things to see and do. However, Perinton, New York is known as "Trail Town USA." The Town's three interconnecting recreation ways – the Erie Canal Heritage Trail, the Perinton Hikeway-Bikeway (RS&E Trolley Trail), and the Crescent Trail network of footpaths has something for everyone. In fact, CatTail Cottage is on a park that you can walk around the tranquil Willow Pond. [Note: CatTail Cottage is techniaclly in Perinton with a Penfield mailing address]. You will only be a couple of miles from shopping, groceries, all kinds of restaurants, so if you don't have a vehicle for your stay, Lyft and Uber are available.
