Fantastic town ranked as one of the best in the country. Welcome to West Chester, PA! We live on a 1.5 acre lot in a cul-de-sac neighborhood of 17 homes. Very private and quite. Peacefulness and yet walking distance to town. Town is a 1.2 mile walk or a $6 uber/lyft (readily available). Great area as West Chester is a County Seat and maintains a university feel as it is also home to West Chester University, a state school with approximately 16,000 enrolled students. Plenty of bars and restaurants along with local attractions like Longwood Gardens, QVC studios, King of Prussia Mall.
