Coteau Villa

This downstairs unit is located close to I-10 and I-49 near historical Grand Coteau, approx. 8 mins. from The Academy of the Sacre Heart, peaceful country feel. Cozy restaurants and local artists from Grand Coteau to Arnaudville.Enjoy Mardi Gras, other festivals and local music. Private gated entrance and relaxing views of the pond.It has 1 kingsize bed,a full size sofa an a blow up mattress. It's open and spacious with a patio for your relaxation. A starter welcome package is our gift to you. This downstairs unit has a king size bed and a walk in closet (hangers are provided). The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots/pans/utensils/keurig coffee pot/toaster and a small rice cooker. 3-4 people can occupy this unit. (blow up bed provided) and 1 person can sleep on the sofa. The sofa is not a pull out. There is 1 large bathroom with towels, hair dryer, and a few personal items you may need. Satellite Internet is provided (ready net is the router). There's a desk (workspace) for your use. Also, a small BBQ pit outside the patio doors. A starter welcome package will be placed on the counter, which is our gift to you (our guest). Push the gate and park on the right side of the driveway. Please Close the gate upon entering and exiting. Enter the unit downstairs . We will meet you with the key. You can also contact me for entry. Guest has access to the front yard and the side patio/yard. Also with a signed waiver, paddle boating is available and a life jacket is a requirement. You will have your space and socialization is welcomed. The area is very relaxing and refreshing. The area is country and close to Grand Coteau,La and Lafayette by way of I-49. It is approximately 2. miles from the interstate. It also gives you easy access to I-10 as well. The nearby cities (Grand Coteau ,Sunset ,Arnaudville and Breaux Bridge) There are several restaurants, shops, grocery store, pharmacy and Thrift stores for your conveniences. Enjoy the local artist, music and Mardi Gras and other festivals here in Louisiana. Also, 8 minutes (approximately) from The Academy of the Sacred Heart and Berchman's Academy. Also, in the months of June-August, we have neighbors that will sell fresh home grown vegetables and another that sells fresh blueberries (pick your own for the month of June). These delicious fruits and vegetables does not last long. There is parking inside the gated area. The parking is wide and spacious enough for up to 6 cars. There are chickens and ducks are on the property that brings out that citified country living. If the chickens leave eggs in your area, feel free to enjoy them.
