Beautiful Seneca Lake House on Plum Point

Beautiful lake frontage property located right on the coves point. Situated in a small neighborhood with year round residents, you can simply relax or take joy in visiting all the near by wineries. This cape cod style house was built in the early 2000s. What makes it special is the location, right on the water at the end of the cove. Entire house, front yard and beach I also own the house next door which is currently occupied by my sweet 90 year old grandmother who is a fountain of information about the area if asked. We will certainly give guests their privacy, but can be reached my phone, text, and/or email for information. The small neighborhood is very unique. Most of the residents are year round. There are two hotel/restaurants located in close walking distance. During the spring and summer months the area comes alive with visitors of all kinds. It’s about 20 minutes to Geneva NY and 15 minutes to Watkins Glen NY. Best way to travel the area is by car
